Usage Terms and Conditions
Hot Tub
- The hot tub is not to be used by anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Only use the hot tub when the water temperature is between 38°C and 40°C. Do not use the hot tub if the water temperature is outside of this range. (there are two thermometers in the Hot Tub)
- Do not stay in the hot tub for more than 30 minutes at a time. Longer exposure to hot water may result in nausea, dizziness, and fainting.
- Do not use the hot tub if you have any medical conditions that may be aggravated by exposure to hot water. Consult with your doctor before using the hot tub if you are unsure.
- Keep the hot tub covered when not in use. The cover should be securely fastened to prevent debris, animals, or unauthorized access.
- Do not remove the hot tub cover without assistance. The cover is heavy and can cause injury if not handled properly. Make sure all of the clips for the cover are disconnected before trying to remove it.
- Do not use any soaps, shampoos, oils, or other bath products in the hot tub. This may cause damage to the hot tub and affect the water chemistry.
- No glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub. Use only plastic or paper cups.
- Children must be supervised by an adult when using the hot tub. Children under 12 years old should not use the hot tub.
- Do not allow pets in the hot tub. Pets may damage the hot tub and cause unsanitary conditions.
- The renter/ user is responsible for any damage caused to the hot tub during the rental period.

By using the hot tub, you agree to the above terms and conditions. The owner of the hot tub is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using the hot tub. Use at your own risk.
Sauna
- Check the temperature before entering. Always check the temperature of the sauna before entering. The temperature should be between 70°C and 100°C. If the temperature is above or below this range, wait for it to adjust before entering.
- Do not wear metal items. Metal objects can get hot and burn your skin. Please remove all metal items before entering the sauna, including jewelry, watches, and hairpins.
- No phones or electronic devices. For your safety and the safety of others, electronic devices are not permitted inside the sauna. They can overheat and cause a fire.
- Do not stay in for longer than 15-20 minutes. General guidance says that healthy adults can stay in a sauna for around 15-20 minutes at a time. Any longer and you risk overheating and experiencing symptoms such as light-headedness, dizziness, or nausea.
- Drink plenty of water. The high heat of a sauna can make you sweat, so it is important to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna to avoid dehydration.
- Do not use the sauna if you have a medical condition. If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or any other medical condition, please consult with your doctor before using the sauna.
- Pregnant women and children should not use the sauna. Pregnant women and children under the age of 16 should not use the sauna due to the potential risk of overheating.
